PAC'S ARCADE:
STAGE 2, GO LIVE

The story

The Brand Kit is funded, thanks to 44 backers. Now we deliver it, and we do it in the open. Stage 2 is how you watch.

pacsarcade.stream is our own copy of zap.stream, the open source nostr streaming app. We run it on our own server, so the stream, the replays and the chat belong to the arcade and to you, not to a platform. Viewers can zap sats straight to the stream.

Bitcoin Amsterdam is first. Pacman is on the floor meeting builders, testing open source hardware and pitching the arcade. Short notes go out from his nostr key as it happens, and they land on this page.

The goal pays back the trip that is already under way (flight, stay and passes) and buys the first stream server in Europe for a year. More servers come only when there are viewers in those places.

The honest version

Pac's Arcade never takes a cut. On-chain contributions land directly in this campaign's own wallet, which this site can watch but cannot spend. If a milestone can't be delivered, refunds are issued by the campaign creator, and every outgoing on-chain transaction is publicly visible with an annotation explaining what it paid for. That ledger is the promise: you can always check whether we kept our word.

The campaign rune

Every campaign will etch its own rune on Bitcoin in phase 2: a permanent receipt for the frens who backed it. Nothing to chase and nothing to win. Support the run, and when the rune etches, your mark is part of the record forever.
